In the process of working on my panel, I decided to move the trim indicators
to the center console location below the fuel selector and above the storage
lid.

The original kits had an "indent" in this location and a few Legacy's have
the Lancair Trim indicator in this position.  The new kits don't have that
indent, at least mine didn't.

As I'll be using the TCM modules from f1-rocketboy.com for override and trim
speed, I was only needing to mount the indicators.  As a result, I designed
this little panel.  If anyone wants the DXF let me know.

When I do my other avionics panels, I'll have this one done and power coated
and silk-screened to match.   As an FYI, this would have to be adjusted for
"white" silkscreen, but I left it black as it was easier to work with.

One other note, I elected to "back mount" the indicators as I think it looks
better.  This design could also be adjusted for a rocker switch for the
aileron trim.  I'm only using indicators for pitch and rudder, you can look
out the window for aileron.  I'm going to use the Impulse stick grips with
the coolie hat for pitch and rudder and the switch as a on(mon, off, on(mon)
for aileron.

Let me know if interested,
Alan

Ps. I worked with RayAllen to get an engineering drawing of the indicators
so I know the spacing, hole size, and overall dimension should be correct.
