  I was just passing along my personal experience with LyCon, which echos that of several other people I know.  I know Sean D. Tucker likes them, but they probably tell him the truth and deliver things when he wants them, since he has their decal on the side of his plane.
  I called them against the strong warning of another Lancair builder who told me they'd lied to him about the availability of some parts they were making.  To get him off their backs, someone told him the parts were in the mail.  Two weeks later when they hadn't shown up, he called and was told by someone else, "we couldn't have shipped them - we don't even have them made yet".  He had to get his parts elsewhere, as LyCon never did deliver them. I was personally B.S.'d  about the same thing for months before I gave up on them and have another friend experiencing the same thing today.
  I'm sure LyCon has some satisfied customers or they wouldn't still be in business.  I'm not one of them and from what I've experienced and heard, I won't recommend them.
