I'm not necessarily speaking for Bryan, but the real issue with sun visors in the ES is getting them to tuck away when you don't want to use them  With the overhead console running up close to the windshield, it's a tricky job, even with small visors, to get them up high enough so they don't block too much of the windshield.

 

I remember playing around with mine, "how about mounting them here? No, that won't work, what about here?  No."  I almost sent mine back.  I can get photos of mine installed if you like.
