While I don't have any experience with your specific situation, I did have dual cataract removel and lens implants this year. As a 37 year old, I know have to wear reading glasses to see/read up close. If you want, look up Dr. Bertram Matsumoto in Tempe, Az and possible consult with him. He did my procedures, and is a top rated eye surgreon in Az. Hope this helps.
