I recently had a "drop-on" landing that would have sent me flying in the old days -- now I just look embarassed and roll on. In addition, there is no more "skittering" on crosswind landings. Once the wheels are on the runway, they stay there. I may need to boost the nitrogen pressure a bit since they compress some with the plane loaded. This is a negative since I cannot see over the nose when taxiing, but also a plus since the prop ground clearance is greater. I have no cold weather experience yet.
