Angier,
A great way to secure the cables as they pass through the firewall is to
use a device called Cable Safe. It can be found in the '99-'00 Aircraft
Spruce catalog, pg 151. They look nice and hold the cable securely.
For cables that have the threaded end you'll need the Cable Safe II.
