It is desirable to address a reply by name to the poser and close with your own name and aircraft information for purposes of placing further replies in context.  Is is very useful to repeat (copy) the query in your reply so there is no misunderstanding.
 
Not being "impressed" doesn't help anyone understand exactly what problems you had with their batteries or service.  Your question is too general for a response - it's like flying into an uncontrolled field and radioing "XYZ any traffic please advise?"

PS: I use a B&C battery, voltage regulator, alternator and starter with no problems.  I have talked to Bill and his tech several times over the years and found them to be quite responsive.
 I am not yet flying so I cannot attest to the B&C starter, alternator and voltage regulator that I purchased because of the reputation. However  I would like to add that when I called to inquire about products or had questions regarding the ones I do have I have never had to deal with an IVR system. A human who knows the products has always answered the phone. This alone puts B&C high on my list of compamies to do business with.
