 Before you start throwing darts, one phone call might have solved your
proplems.  Op is a certified |Boeing parts supplier.  They build the EFB for
the B777.  By virtue of there association with Boeing they have superior
qualification for certification.  Your association with Chelton has distorted
your objectivity.
