Remember that Aerocrafters is a business and must sell parts to remain in a business generally focused on supporting Lancairs. Just because Chin tires (Not For Highway Use) can be obtained elsewhere for a few bucks less may mean that Aerocrafters will ultimately succumb to the usual consequence of being unprofitable. I know I have done my part by breaking so many things and replacing them thru KCI and its' follow on Aerocrafters. Now Don, you have an additional responsibility to help keep us safe by explaining what led to the bent nose gear fork and, even more so, the need for main gear castings.
