I had to do this a couple of years ago. It is quite easy. !) Pull the
hydraulics circuit breaker. 2) Run the flaps up and down until they don't
move any more. At this point, the press. is probably down to 400 - 600
pounds. 30 now, continue the process, but assist the flap movement manually
in each direction until the press. is nil. ( I have a press gauge in the
system so it's easy to know when to stop. Otherwise, it may be trial and
error until the partially loosened switch doesn't leak oil any more.
