 Scott,
 
 I took a truck inner-tube and cut round circles from it to place over  all of
my control rods. I cut small holes in the center of the  circles a cut from
the outside to the center circle. I then  silliconed everything in place. I
have no cockpit air leaks.
 
 All I need now is a better cockpit heater.
