   Congratulations on joining the fraternity of LSE buyers who have been "Klaused".  While I've found my LSE ignition to work beautifully, when I had a couple of post installation issues and called Klaus for some troubleshooting advice, I instead received a lecture for not following the instructions (which I had to the letter) and an admonition for wasting his time.  A subsequent conversation received a similar response from him.  I've found Klaus to be one of the most arrogant and insulting individuals I've ever dealt with.  In relating my experience to some other LSE customers, the usual reply is, "that's just the way he is".
