While I've found my LSE ignition to work beautifully, when I = had a couple of post installation issues and called Klaus for some = troubleshooting advice, I instead received a lecture for not following = the instructions (which I had to the letter) and an admonition for = wasting his time. A subsequent conversation received a similar response = from him. I've found Klaus to be one of the most arrogant and insulting = individuals I've ever dealt with.
