It will say that there has been no change to the regulation, just a clarification, and the clarification stems from the Epic denial incident. Epic has never been on the approved list. All Lancairs and RVs and everyone else on the approved list will be treated the same as in the past. Since Lancair builder's assistance has never caused a problem in the past, none is expected in the future. Robert M.
