I have a chemist friend in my CAP squadron who works as a paint chemist
for a local firm. She was very familiar with WLS. Her judgment was to go
ahead and use it but be sure to mix it very thoroughly. Get all the solids
in solution in the big can then combine the two and mix again thoroughly.
Be sure to honor the 70 degree minimum temperature for application. I used
some of my WLS that was about 6 months past the shelf life date with no
adverse effect. You can gain some shelf life by refrigerating the stuff
when it's not in use.
