 Try KANO Labs - Flowaway.  It is bio-degradable and makes cleaning the
 belly drool from an M14P radial a snap.  The exhaust deposits come off
 with the exhausted oil film.  It is applied after a light mist of water
 and before the application of soap and elbow grease.  The substrate is
 PPG polyurethane.  The yellow/brown stains over the white come off
 completely.
