  Angier, I have been involved for the last two years with the State of
  Oregon Aviation Department (both commercial and private hangar
  development).  Would be happy to add information on State, Municipal or
  Private hangar development on the Left Coast - offline.  Probably the
  only similarity is a Democratic Governor and a democratically controlled
