What would you do with the vapor return with the Aux position?

I would use duplex valves in all cases and return to the aux tank:

 

Two 2-way vale case:

    - return goes through main valve to right/aux valve

    - return goes from right/aux valve to selected tank

 

   In other words, the idea is to be able to use the aux tank on initial climbout.

 

One 3-way valve case

    - return goes to selected tank
