Anyone having ANY data to support that statement, PLEASE post it. There is absolutely no science to support that statement. How are cylinders broken in on a routine basis using AD oil if that were true?
Using high MP and low RPMs when ROP is an ill-conceived idea. I posted a lengthly response as to the science of why that's a bad idea.
