Scott,

Your fuel injection apparently gives you much more fuel flow than my carburetor. I climb out at 10 GPH with full throttle, full rich mixture and 2,600 rpm with EGTs of about 1,500°F. I use 1,400°F as my climb target. When in cruse I am also at between 1,400°F and 1,450°F with CHTs of between 320°F and 370°F.

About 1400 MSL, in a stabilized climb at 140 KIAS I now see 1330F on #4 EGT.
 
In cruise at about 6500 MSL, #4 EGT would peak at about 1420-1430F.

2.  If I wanted to use 1310F as the target, is there some a correction I should make to normalize the EGT to a sea-level value?
