So the question that has been bugging me for about a year is:
 
If we were to give up 10-15 knots could the IV be made spin
resistant and or spin recoverable?  It seems like one or more
of the following might be true:
    - h-stab/elevator not effective in stall conditions
    - rudder ditto
    - effective washout is either nil or negative
 
Has anyone looked at the aerodynamic tradeoffs?
