Well done, Brent. The question is not what we "can do", the question is what we should "prudently be doing." As much as we are all individuals building and flying experimental airplanes, we ALL gain or suffer as a result of each individuals actions. Every time you fly, build, tweak, etc., you represent the ENTIRE community in the eyes of insurance, the FAA, etc. We're all in this together, fellas. Pushing the envelope not only needs to be concerned with the strength of the envelope, but also how many people read your letters.
