A  Method That Requires No DC=20 Voltage
 
I ran in to the same problem when = connecting my=20 Sirius radio to my Garmin audio panel.  The Garmin input = is 600 ohms,=20 the Sirius output is 125 ohms.
Allied Electronics sells a very small = impedance=20 matching transformer .465 x .410 x.310 inches.  Part # = 967-2533 about=20 $ 16.00 each. Two needed for stereo.
