Both the spinner and the front bulkhead were rotated many times without a successful alignment.  Redrilling the bulkhead is an option.  I think we need to get with Hartzell first.

Have you tried to rotate the spinner 180 degrees?  Or rotate the front
bulkhead 90 or 180 or 270 degrees?   If so, I would think your only
option is to redrill the holes in the front bulkhead.
