The 10 deg offset is in terms of engine rotation. With both the rear and
front bulkhead mounted the spinner mounts to the rear bulkhead fine. To get
the
front bulkhead to align with the original holes it somehow needs to rotate
about 10 degs to line up. The foward/aft spacing is just fine. The only
option
we can see is a rotation of the front propeller cap.
