As I recall, the front bulkhead can be spaced forward with washers a little to make the fit. I don't recall any adjustment using the front cap. The rear one indexed well and lined up with the prop. However, the front one was off by about 10 deg. It is held to the prop hub with 4 bolts on the front cap. From the diagrams in the book it looks like the center bolt and nut can be loosened and the cap rotated to allow the bulkhead to align with the spinner. Is this the case? """
