My Lancair was purchased as a kit in 1989, I have had to replace the seals
in all 3 main gear hydraulic cylinders.  I purchased the kits to rebuild the
cylinders from Neico Aviation at a price of $7.00 each about 2 years ago.
It's an easy task, just remember to remove the fitting or the end plug won't
come out after you remove the snap ring.  My hydraulic dump valve that was
provided with the kit is still in use with no problems.
