I got my silk screening done at
Gillespie Field (SEE) near San Diego at a place called Instrument
Overhaul. I worked with one of their guys to do the layout, which he put
on his computer, had the screens made and then put the lettering on for
me.
I got the whole job done for about
$250, which was nearly $700 less than my panel builder wanted to charge me for
it. They planned to do placards, which I refused to accept. I had
them ship me the panel blank, removed the inserts (major pain) and took them to
Instrument Overhaul for the screening.
