The combination of semi-reclining and needing to crane your neck around = a lot for the usual see and avoid makes it a dificult task. It also seems necessary to have them easily remove or fold down to allow = full access to the baggage space. I had a headrest clamped to the seatback in a fashion that would allow = lots of adjustment for trial and error. Then when I was pulling 5 g's = it came off-- my head landed in the baggage compartment. I gave up after that. On a long trip I usually have enough luggage / camping gear to fill the = need for a pillow for the flying assistant.
