I believe this is standard practice on boats. The finish is not as rough or abrasive as the conventional wing walk but = is still fine to walk on without slipping and you can take a scrub brush = to it when it is soiled. Looks better than wing walk but not as good as = nothing at all. I like the idea of having some loose non skid material = that you can lay on the wing prior to mounting your steed.
