Mike,
My interior guy added some
headrests to my back seats. I think he told me the guts for them came from
a Toyota. I also saw something as simple as block of wood with two pieces
of 1/4" aluminum sticking out of it what was used as a base, then covered with
foam and leather. For the seatback end, I just embedded a couple of
appropriately sized aluminum tubes that the headrest slid into.
