I think he = told me the guts for them came from a Toyota. I also saw something as = simple as block of wood with two pieces of 1/4" aluminum sticking out of = it what was used as a base, then covered with foam and leather. For the = seatback end, I just embedded a couple of appropriately sized aluminum = tubes that the headrest slid into.    My interior guy added = some=20 headrests to my back seats.  I think he told me the guts for them = came from=20 a Toyota.  I also saw something as simple as block of wood with two = pieces=20 of 1/4" aluminum sticking out of it what was used as a base, then = covered with=20 foam and leather.  For the seatback end, I just embedded a couple = of=20 appropriately sized aluminum tubes that the headrest slid = into.
