Someone had asked the question about LAHSO's a while back.   E= ach airport which conducts LAHSO, has a specific landing distance minimum l= isted for a specific airplane type, and is then put in a sub category for t= hat group.  The LOA will vary drastically between airports, and what i= s authorized.   The only specific airplanes not authorized for LA= HSO are solo student pilots, however if your Lancair is not specified = the the LOA for those ops at that airport, then you will not be able to par= ticipate, has nothing to do with the fact that it is an experimental. = If you are operating at such an airport and want to participate, then I wo= uld suggest you contact the tower and get your airplane on the list. &= nbsp; They will require landing distance minimums for your airplane, and sp= eeds.  There is a team of controllers set up to write the LOA, so it's= up to that team to approve the different airplanes.   It is tota= lly their discretion to not allow any experimental airplanes, or any other = types for that matter.

LAHSO - Land and hold short operations.
