Sure Charles. You see, I like quiet (electrically) airplanes and electric motors
produce a lot of electrical noise. Have you ever heard a whine on the intercom
when a trim motor was activated? To keep things quiet I used shielded twisted
cable on all motor and audio wiring. I standardized on MIL 27500 cable. On the
hydraulic power unit (HPU) I took two (power and ground) #10 (28volt system) wires
and twisted them tightly together with an electric drill to reduce radiation.
MAC wire is very flexible but does not have Tefzel insulation and is not shielded.
