All fighter cockpits have 100% oxygen available and several emergency procedures, including electrical fire, call for it. In a mask, properly fitted, I'd take this option. I believe that airline cockpits have it available, too.

Hmmm.... I don't think I would want 100% oxygen anywhere near a fire,
especially in the cockpit.
