When I went through the shop to close my ES wings at the end of October 2002
they had the aluminum wing jigs. I worked with Dan, who told me he had
helped set them in place recently (at that time), but it could have been
day, weeks or even months before.
My wings are currently off the plane. I intend to try to measure the twist
in the wings from the root to the tip to see if they are the same, using a
jig like that described by Mike on 9/25 and a digital level. At that time
I'll also check the relative angles to the bushings in the spar and the top
and bottom surface of the spar. This will be a few weeks but I'll report
what I find at that point, and it will provide comparison data (L to R) on
my wings, independent of the spar box.
