Hello from El Paso, Texas

After reading the LML, taking a demo ride in Oshkosh, and corresponding with
some of you experienced Lancair builders I am about to sign on for an ES-P
project.  I would like to get some feedback on builder assist centers in
commuting distance to El Paso, which would include, for example,
Watsonville, San Diego, and especially Phoenix or Tuscon. After working with
the fastbuild and two weeks of builders assist at Lancair, I would envision
completing the project closer to home.  I would be contracting out a fair
amount of work and participating 3-5 days/ month at the center. Some names I
have come across include Aircrafters in Watsonville, Jake Ore in El Cajon,
Roger Huffman in San Diego, and Phoenix Composites in Arizona. All opinions
both positive and negative would be appreciated. If there are some issues
best discussed privately, please email me directly and I would be glad to
call you.
