Boeing is still using MEK and that would seem like a better substitute. Neico originally recommended MEK (available everywhere) , but found out that California mice dipped in or fed MEK developed cancer so changed the recommendation to automotive prepsol, probably one of the worse choices, because it takes forever to flash off and acts like a release agent until it is completely gone. Lance is very sensitive to litigation, so would not recommend anything that might bring a law suit. I would have faith in Boeing's decision. Don't forget to take all the precautions (ie, gloves, mask, goggles) and handle it with care. MEK, unlike MC, is very flammable, so be very careful to keep it away from open flames or sparks. (The non-flammability of MC is one of its strong points, BTW.) ] >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> LML homepage: http://www.olsusa.com/Users/Mkaye/maillist.html
