I considered routing it up at the top of the tunnel but I wanted it to go
under the flap crossover in case I needed to remove it for some reason (the
cross-over weldment) and didn't think I would be able to remove it with the
cables routed on top of the tunnel. My cables make the S curve from under
the flap motor around the cut-out for the aileron and control stick
cross-overs then straight forward to the pedals. Other than a shallow bend
where they crossover aft of the flap weldment, that's the only bends but I'm
sure that's where the problem lies. If I remove the springs from the pedals
and just have either the pilot side hooked ups or the co-pilot side, they
work fine. Hook everything up and DRAG!

What's this pressure slick-um injector device? Should I try lube or
 re-route?
