Several of you responded to my earlier post saying
you were covered by Avemco.
I just called Avemco and they claim they are not
writing builder's insurance now.
....so just to double check is it true that those
who are with Avemco have been with
Avemco for at least 2 years? ...and therefore
got grandfathered in?
