Remember the way your house is plumbed.  Okay, you need some drain elbows, trees, a vent line out the canopy top and the main drain out the bottom. 
 
Anyway, Look for light weight thin wall flex plastic tubing, maybe automotive, maybe from auto customizers/suppliers.
