I've been using an electric motorized towbar (The "Nosewheel Dragger" www.dragger.com ) on my LNC4 for the past 4 years.  It works just fine as long as the battery is fully charged.  I usually just leave it plugged into an automatic trickle charger. My only complaint is that the tires are a little small to get traction in the snow/ice we have here (POU) in the winter.

 Aviation Consumer had a piece about motorized towbars about five years ago, and I followed their advice buying the nose wheel version of the Tail Dragger Dragger.  It was, as I recall, also one of the less expensive ones. Good luck,
