That wouldn't be the answer to the question I would ask.  How about AVOID
ANY SEVERE weather...?

And does TARGET refer to other aircraft (ie. your altitude deviations due to
updrafts are okay because you won't hit anything).  Or does that mean severe
thunder clouds???
