The material has ridges and breaks off at each ridge. It only comes off in small pieces and I have to start a new strip with a exacto knife. I did call the factory and they said to use heat from a hair dryer; did and then used the heat gun with no results. Also tried using acetone with the same results. Is there any other ideas to make this process less painful?
