Asking particular questions we discovered that the windows were bonded in without the top half of the fuselage fitted to the bottom half. This causes the front window to be pre stressed when the two halves are bonded together. When bonding in windows do not use Acetone, MEK, MC Or Fuel, only use alcohol, to clean the window.
