I talked to Joe Norris and the FSDO creates this type of problem by not
helping with the easy solution. The Texas FSDO is notorious for this kind of
nonsense.
    Approved airworthiness inspection program on the engine. --Use the
manufactory's manual it is recommendations.
        Approved airworthiness inspection program on the airframe - Use part
43 Appendix D just like any other Homebuilt.
       Approved airworthiness inspection program on the propeller -- Again
the manufacturer's manual recommendations
        A type certificate for me, the pilot, on an experimental - Get some
transition training in a similar airplane.  You don't want to be surprised.
You don't want to see you mistake on your home town newspaper.
