Please explain what is meant by "had to completely rewire his cockpit with
Tefzel before he passed". Passed what? Who passed him or didn't pass him? No
specifications as to wiring are known by me for experimental aircraft.
Tefzel nor any other specific wiring scheme are "required". If I am
incorrect, please feel free to put me right.
