They are attached to the aft side of the fuel web with a 4 bid carbon layup. This is the same area that houses the aileron bellcrank and access panel that you will eventually fabricate. The tip of the tie down penetrates the bottom skin just forward of the most inboard edge of the aileron bellcrank access panel. This is the factory location on the new super fast build A kits.
