[ any "FAA" biannual flight review will for fill the insurance 
"check box" for recurrent training... its too bad insurance 
companies don't get more involved with recurrent training syllabus,
but they don't...

one of the best lines I had was at PCW by old guy that walked 
out to the plane and said "hay, I'll sign off your flight review 
for a ride in that thing".. it worked.. -Rob ]
