The weak point seems to be the area between the canopy's hinge attach brackets. I added a thin strip of 1/4 inch foam (web depth adds to stiffness) and several layers of uni-directional carbon between the brackets. This stiffened the canopy sufficiently to eliminate the severe rubbing. Warning -- the center section of the canopy will now be lower than before. Although the panel cover had to be cut off in this area, I use black speaker cloth velcroed to the forward deck and the panel cover to hide this area. Also, be sure there will be no interference with anything coming out of the top-aft of the header tank, such as fill ports, float switches, etc. Good Luck, Scott Krueger N92EX PS - If you will be at Sun-n-Fun, stop by and I will show how mine works. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> LML homepage: http://www.olsusa.com/Users/Mkaye/maillist.html
